The acquisition with Imburse will allow Imburse to leverage Duck Creek's technologies to provide clients with the right tools to complete their digital adoption goals. Imburse will operate under Duck Creek's acquisition but will also conduct its operations independently as it continues to help clients expand their business across Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific.
Imburse Payments brings its cloud-native software-as-a-service (SaaS) payment platform to the insurance industry. Imburse centralizes end-to-end transactions and manages multiple partners, and it provides clients with better accessibility to the entire payment infrastructure and services at a lower cost. Policyholders can also experience a more user-friendly platform that facilitates easier and more flexible payment processes while securely directing payments.
