The purchase broadens DMI's vast range of transformation services, strengthens its technical skills in data and analytics, and expands its client base in high-priority government markets. The transaction's terms were not disclosed.

Aurotech, founded in 2007, offers complete lifecycle modernization services like application development, data science and analytics, cybersecurity, and digital strategy. In addition, Aurotech acts as a trusted adviser to customers, assisting them in modernizing their IT infrastructure and applications to streamline operations and extract value from their information assets.
Aurotech has extensive experience serving clients in the federal civilian and healthcare communities, including the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), and many other equally important missions within the federal contracting space.
