The leading RTLS supplier strengthens its capabilities as an end-to-end solution provider for healthcare enterprises.
Fremont, CA: As difficult and traumatic as the epidemic has been, it has also highlighted the importance of consumer-driven innovations and a better patient experience for hospitals and health systems to continue expanding and succeeding. In difficult times, healthcare institutions have proven that they can be adaptable. Consumers have demonstrated that their trust in their suppliers does not fade in times of crisis. Now is the moment for healthcare professionals to listen to their customers and deliver on their expectations to capitalize on this goodwill and guarantee that pandemic-related issues are a thing of the past. Those provider organizations ready and waiting with compassion and empathy, armed with patient data, will be equipped to tackle the challenge.
"The acquisition of Infinite Leap and their seasoned team will accelerate the development of a robust managed services program for CenTrak," said David Minning, president, and CEO at CenTrak. CenTrak Inc., a Halma business, purchased Infinite Leap, a healthcare consultancy and services provider for real-time technology, bringing together two of the most potent forces in Real-Time Location Systems (RTLS). The purchase broadens and deepens CenTrak's capabilities and partner ecosystem, assisting healthcare businesses in improving patient outcomes and substantiating return on investment from RTLS systems. Such development solidifies CenTrak's transformation from a leading provider of IoT devices to an end-to-end solution provider by giving on-site clinical and technological support, as well as success management programs for customers.
CenTrak will quickly and effortlessly incorporate Infinite Leap's world-class professional services, ranging from solution design and business planning through installation, training, operational support, managed services, and program optimization. Existing Infinite Leap clients will continue to get support, as well as new systems and extensions, as part of CenTrak's increased capabilities.
"Collaborating with CenTrak throughout a highly successful, multi-year partnership has demonstrated the importance of offering RTLS solutions and managed services to benefit the customer, and we're excited to continue our work and jointly expand our capabilities," said Mark Rheault, founder, and CEO at Infinite Leap. "I look forward to combining the talent of these two organizations and joining the CenTrak leadership team; together, we will further drive the impact of RTLS in healthcare and improve the patient experience."
CenTrak's transformation from a hardware technology supplier to a value-based, full-service enterprise solution necessitated the inclusion of a strong and strategic clinical consulting partner. With the addition of Infinite Leap's RTLS expertise, CenTrak is well-positioned further to deepen its services, solutions, and products to meet healthcare providers' demands in the post-pandemic world and strengthen the company's position in the global healthcare industry.
