Bolt will soon be enabling one-click checkouts on distant surfaces across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and all EU areas due to this purchase.
Fremont, CA: With the debut of Bolt's Remote Checkout, shoppers will be able to check out instantly and securely from any point of inspiration, whether it's on a content website, a social network, or a shopping app.
- Publishers and producers may monetize traffic by providing their users an immediate in-app or onsite one-click Checkout and converting them into loyal customers instead of driving them away via affiliate links.
- Merchants can increase conversion rates while increasing income and account creation through the Bolt network, all while receiving and managing orders from numerous channels.
"Tipser and Bolt share the same goal of enabling Checkout to take place anywhere. Our acquisition of Tipser couldn't be more synergistic for the future of remote Checkout," said Ryan Breslow, founder, and CEO of Bolt. "Tipser has proven success in allowing shoppers to check out through inspirational content directly. By joining forces with Tipser, the sky's the limit when it comes to unlocking the power of shopper identities to check out everywhere."

Bolt, a leading checkout and shopper network firm, acquired Tipser, a Swedish-based software startup that enables commerce on any digital surface to fulfill their shared ambition of enabling consumers to check out quickly at the moment of discovery.
Tipser has spent the last ten years honing its embedded commerce technology, allowing users to buy things natively on any surface, whether it's an online magazine, mobile marketplace, price comparison site, social networking platform, or search engine.
Bolt will strengthen its Remote Checkout service by integrating Tipser's turn-key publisher marketplaces, touchless merchant interfaces, and headless deployment capabilities. Remote Checkout will help publishers that struggle to develop direct ties with their consumers to use Bolt's one-click account creation and access into Bolt's network of shoppers by combining forces between Tipser's technology and Bolt SSO Commerce.
Publishers like Bustle, W Magazine, The Zoe Report, Elle, Cosmopolitan, and InStyle will be able to build direct relationships with their visitor's by unlocking SSO Commerce to seamlessly convert anonymous visitors into logged-in account holders and monetize traffic onsite, all while offering users an instant one-click checkout instead of redirecting them to another site.
Bolt will soon be enabling one-click checkouts on distant surfaces across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and all EU areas due to this purchase.
