Fremont, CA: Automation Anywhere, a global leader in robotic process automation (RPA), has appointed Meenu Agarwal as executive vice president of Customer Success and Services.
Agarwal comes to Automation Anywhere from VMware, where she served as senior vice president of Customer Success. Prior to joining VMware, she was vice president of global customer service at HubSpot and worked for IBM for over 11 years in a variety of management positions. During her time at IBM, Agarwal held executive leadership positions in a variety of functions, including global customer success, global sales, and channel strategies.
