The acquisition is part of Arreva's strategy to extend its offerings for nonprofits. MaestroSoft which will continue to operate as a stand-alone Arreva Company, retaining the entire team in the Seattle, WA office.
FREMONT, CA: Arreva, a provider of cloud-based fundraising and donor relationship management software for nonprofits, bought MaestroSoft, a provider of live and virtual auction event management software.The amount of the deal remained undisclosed.
The acquisition is part of Arreva's strategy to extend its offerings for nonprofits. MaestroSoft which will continue to operate as a stand-alone Arreva Company, retaining the entire team in the Seattle, WA office.

Led by Jay Fiske, Co-President and Chief Auctioneer, MaestroSoft provides auction, Text2Bid® virtual and mobile bidding software, event management, and Text2Fund® text-based mobile giving software. Its auction event management software solution is utilized by thousands of nonprofit organizations, including private and public schools, Rotary and Kiwanis Clubs, higher education, Ronald McDonald Houses, Boys & Girls Clubs, hospital foundations like Children's Hospital, research organizations such as the American Diabetes Association, and numerous museums and cultural organizations.
