Fremont, CA: Amino Health, the global digital healthcare advisory firm, has introduced several new platform features, such as an upgraded dashboard that prioritizes preventative care. In addition, members may create a team of preferred primary care, preventative care, and other providers, which streamlines care administration and appointment rebooking and allows members to maintain their health proactively.
Preventative treatment, such as yearly visits to a Primary Care Provider (PCP), has improved general health. It enables individuals to live longer lives, feel better, and prevent disability and extended absences from work. It also lowers healthcare expenditures by 33 percent.

Amino's new platform capability enables plan members to be more proactive in their treatment and removes the friction associated with locating high-quality, low-cost providers who could support their continued health.
Amino platform users can prioritize preventative care with these new capabilities, lowering their risk of chronic, long-term sickness or a significant health catastrophe. In addition, it implies significantly improved member health, fewer medical claims, and much cheaper healthcare expenditures for businesses and health plans.
The new dashboard has been sent to over 1 million Amino customers at some of the country's largest and most creative enterprises, including Hitachi, New Jersey State Health Plans, Envision Healthcare, and San Luis Obispo County, California.
"Regular checkups are easy to put off—especially when you feel fine—but the risks of delaying or avoiding ongoing preventative care are significant," said Amino Health CEO David Vivero. "Amino Health is responding to these risks as an imperative and building in new platform features to make it easier for members to be proactive in managing their health."
