Founded in 2012, MEquadrat AG offers its clients highly specialized solutions for the design, implementation, and efficient development of mechatronic systems. Led by its CEO Stefan Nyffenegger, MEquadrat consists of a skilled team of software engineers, electronic engineers, and mechatronic engineers. By successfully networking developments in the fields of mechanics, electronics, and embedded systems, they have been providing solutions that include these disciplines right from the beginning. As a National Instruments Alliance partner, MEquadrat AG is focused on building measurement systems and testing automation systems and offers mechatronic services primarily for the industrial and medical sector.
“The goal is to get in touch with the customer's development team,” says Felix Aeschimann from MEquadrat. “Keeping in contact with the customer will help you gather the information to develop the right product.” The acquisition of the client’s insight into areas such as the expected outcome, product parameters, among others allows the company to tailor the system according to their customer’s needs. One of the critical factors that differentiate MEquadrat from others in the market is their ability to master all the disciplines necessary (software, electronics, and mechatronics) to sketch, build, and launch the test systems successfully. Moreover being a premium service partner with Kollmorgen has helped them integrate their product with National Instruments, and build a strong link between all the disciplines. Besides MEquadrat is one of the first companies to include the new Kollmorgen drives into their solutions.
With a team of engineers specialized in the field of software, mechatronics, and electronics, including two National Instruments LabVIEW architects, MEquadrat can integrate their in-depth knowledge of the individual departments into complete mechatronic systems. This, in turn, has enabled them to develop solutions that include all the disciplines right from the beginning. Currently, with a team of seven employees, the company aims to grow steadily and sustainably to offer customers a one-stop shop for fully integrated measurement systems and testing automation systems.
