IT Nuggets Online was founded by Kailash Chintamani, who came to the U.S. in the late ‘90s. While pursuing a master’s degree from St. Mary’s University, Texas, he started contracting with Verizon. While studying, he honed his proficiency in multiple skills in the Tech spectrum. He specialized in Microsoft tech stack, and became a tech trainer and mentor to fellow students. After moving to Boston in 2006 he founded an IT consulting company, WorldITCenter Inc. He soon realized that rapid change in all industries means that our IT professional skills have a shelf life and constant upskilling is essential to provide value its customers. This training would fill a void: keeping consultants up to date on existing, new, and upcoming technologies. Hence,ITNuggetsOnline.com came into being.

How has the ongoing pandemic affected ITNuggetsOnline.com?
The pandemic has affected all commerce. To credit our flexibility, we have witnessed a 25 percent growth in our customer base in the past few months. With the combination of an urgent need to hone skills to encounter the increased competition in the job market and more leisure time, workers are opting for e-learning. Consequently, during these trying times, our cloud-based online LMS (Learning Management System)and computer-based training has brought tremendous value to our clients, who learn from anywhere on any device and at their own pace.
Could you tell our readers about the typical client onboarding process?

Recently, we worked with a client moving their Datacenter. They had 35 contractors working for a project starting August 2019 to be completed within twelve months.
The client wanted to upskill the contractors and update their certifications without losing any momentum on the project. We equipped them with multiple licenses which gave multiple learners simultaneous access to high-quality courses, regardless of their location. Such a partnership proved to be fruitful as all their contractors passed the certification exams and acquired the required skills as early as March 2020.
What does the future hold for ITNuggets Online? Do you have any footprint expansion-plan in mind?
The trend for the virtual environment will continue even after the pandemic passes. So, companies are continuously focusing on contracting their brick and mortar footprint.
