To address the complexities of the suite, Rackspace offers management and support through its Office 365 tools. Rackspace now adds new features to its existing support for Office 365 solutions.
Rackspace provides Office 365 services through its fanatical support by phone, chat or email. It helps IT teams with every aspect of Office 365 administration from migration to deployment to training for new features and upgrades. Rackspace further enhances the fanatical support by adding new features that include archiving, azure rights management and extra storage. Moreover, it has introduced Office 365 Exchange Online Kiosk as a standalone offering.
Rackspace email archiving enables users to automatically archive Office 365 email data for long term email retention, search and discovery eliminating manual transfer of mail to archive and discovery folders. Azure Rights management offers increased data security with mailbox encryption and user rights. Also, it includes policy based restriction and permission capabilities for users who require only email encryption capability.
Rackspace offers extra storage support for large SharePoint sites for users whose default SharePoint size is not adequate for their growing needs. Additionally, Rackspace introduces a standalone offering called Office365 Exchange Online Kiosk, a browser based version of Exchange with ActiveSync capabilities to connect to mobile devices. It can be implemented with other Office 365 products such as Business Essentials, Business Premium, where IT managers have various communication needs across the company but prefer to keep the entire solution with one provider.
