Nowadays, IT departments across organizations spend significant time and capital in developing apps that are compatible with iOS and Android systems. Moreover, due to the regular software upgrades, it becomes a cumbersome task for them to maintain the newly designed applications. Other than that, as enterprises today are embracing the BYOD trend, they have to keep in mind the security of company data as well. With an increased number of employees using their personal devices such as smartphones and laptops, organizations feel the need to secure their internal network. MDM is often an expensive solution to undertake for many companies, and they also require a robust data security solution that adopts the concept of mobile technology.

What product offerings do iMobile Mind offer that can enhance productivity as well as secure e-systems and company data?

We have developed an ISAI APP Platform that can be implemented on both iOS and Android devices; eliminating the need to code the native app which usually takes up significant amounts of time and resources.

As it is flexible with both Intranet and Internet networks, deploying the solution within an enterprise doesn’t take long which proves it to be a time-efficient method. The platform comes with a management system as well that allows newly designed applications to be upgraded and downloaded for multiple employees within a company. With the facility to receive updates on their smartphones in real-time, ISAI improves the communication process in an enterprise. Flexible with different business roles, the platform assists in tracking and analyzing various employees’ application usage.

Designed with an easy-to-use interface, the ISAI Application can be used on any smartphone which has a direct link to the company’s platform. Can you cite a recent success story where one of your clients benefitted from iMobile Mind’s solution?

With over 10,000 managers and workforce spread across 16 countries, one of our clients needed a solution that could accelerate their overall productivity. When we came in, they witnessed a 75 percent reduction in processing time. The ISAI platform was able to align with the BYOD policy of theirs and eliminated the need to develop a whole new platform. As the employees could now receive push notifications in real-time, the decision-making process was also simplified.

Another one of our clients, who is a Fortune China 500 electronics manufacturing company with branches spread across 12 countries, witnessed a significant improvement in their workflow. ISAI’s middleware server comes with XML API that enables quick integration with different e-systems. By receiving regular updates on their smartphones, employees could review and approve data on the ISAI app anytime.

What have you envisioned for your company’s future?

Looking ahead, we aim to provide B2B mobile software for enterprises all over the globe. By building B2B stores and enabling cloud service of third-party software, we wish to accelerate the growth of small and medium-sized organizations. Utilizing AI as a major tool, ISAI’S security defense can be enhanced in the coming future. With the help of robust APIs, there will be a significant improvement in the integration with e-systems, which will give ISAI’s platform an edge over the others.
