Learning from the previous data breaches in the country, ImageWare Systems has carefully separated biographic and biometric data in the cloud; thus, in case of a data breach, compromised biometric information would be worthless to would-be hackers, without the relevant biographic data. Anonymous matching, together with multi-modal biometrics are part of ImageWare’s extensive patents in the biometrics field.
GoVerifyID has been deployed across multiple sectors and one of the major financial services firm avails the benefits to confirm secure transactions. In another instance, Extenua–a secure storage solutions provider– has integrated GoVerifyID into their solutions making it impossible to read data without biometric authentication.
ImageWare Systems has built an extensive partner ecosystem to deliver this solution. Strategic partners include Fujitsu, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Lockheed Martin, SAP, CA Technologies, and Amazon Web Services. The company has integrated with CA technologies’ Single Sign-On product adding multi-modal biometric user authentication. With the success of GoVerifyID products on Windows platforms, Jim Miller is looking forward to a promising future of expanding the product to covering other major operating systems, including Linux and Mac OS platforms. “The company is constantly looking at best-of-breed biometric technologies and provides native products offering turnkey solutions". “We continue to make the world’s best biometric authentication product, which is our primary job every single day,” concludes Miller.
