FracTEL’s first offering is a SIP Trunking service, which is ideal for organizations with multiple locations, a distributed workforce, and call centers. With the cloud as a platform to integrate business systems, FracTEL enables its clients to connect their communication system with their other IT infrastructure. The SIP Trunking service offers SMS, MMS, T38 faxing, and cloud managed calling services in one integrated package.
Each of the company's platforms is based on its unique architecture, a patented triple redundant system, which allows for a 100 percent uptime guarantee on its network
FracTEL's final offering is the FracTELfone, which provides a Cloud PBX phone client for iOS, Android, MacOS, and Windows, as well as any web browser that supportsWebRTC communication protocols. Being equipped with all the features available with its hardware siblings, FracTELfone, from a mobility, extensibility, and flexibility standpoint is a highly capable end-point platform.
Although the solutions fit any industry vertical, they appeal the most to those for whom security and reliability are the prime requirements (such as healthcare and financial services).
As part of the on-boarding process, FracTEL's technical team follows a very structured methodology that affords the company a better understanding of the customer’s business requirements and infrastructure. The team spends a lot of time up-front understanding all these factors, before delivering devices that are 100 percent plug-and-play. “We are a disciplined team, so the pieces that we built turned out to be very useful, functional, and often, somewhat unique. That has given us a potent platform to provide our services on,” says Crown.
Currently catering to American and Canadian market, Crown says that FracTEL will remain in the North America for the foreseeable future. “We will be rolling out a new product called ‘Fonestorm’ later in 2017, which we believe will significantly disrupt the telecom Platform-as-a-Service world,” ends Crown.
