In one instance, the firm assisted a North American Utility to bring an EA framework and security into their organization to implement a 5 year strategy in order to deliver their projects within the targeted time. ECA created security strategies through smart programs with their outsourcing solution and improved the client’s infrastructure. They also provided a complete report of the project and provided recommendations on how to improve the ongoing and future tasks.
The company has created a niche for itself with the EA approach along with the business and technology alignment.
