Overcoming the Barriers to Hiring a Culturally Fit Talent
During the hiring process, once the talent with the “absolutely required” aptitudes is found, it’s imperative to understand if the individual would work well within a given environment, and that is one of the most critical aspects of what we do—recognizing if the person can culturally fit within a particular ecosystem to help in the overall success of the organization and the candidate.

Presently, this happens via onsite interview processes or when the candidate goes through assessments, which, if attempted a few times, is easy to score. We have deployed a solution for the California State University for talent engagement, based on understanding patterns of images a user likes. We’re also actively working with a Fortune5 company from Japan, who shall be using our product with CISCO Spark, a next-gen collaborative platform. Our offerings focus on understanding employees and enabling the platform to be smarter, to connect with the right people, and to have the right training curriculum.
There are multiple areas, where our solution can be utilized, including petroleum, retail, education, media, petroleum, and sports industries, among others. We also have clients from healthcare sector; in one of the cases, obese users got healthier, proving how the solution could positively change the behaviors of a user.
Evolving with the Expectations in the HR Space
HR is an area that is going to be extremely sensitive because it is about dealing with human emotions, which is never easy. The disruption is bound to happen where users, for example, don’t have to search for a job; solutions will help them on how to apply for a job and how to be successful within that job once they get it. We see AI and machine learning assisting that process where a lot more automation will be brought in.
