How do you understand clients’ demands and tailor your offering accordingly?
We do a feasibility study to determine whether machine learning is right for our customers and ask them if they have tried traditional data analytics and statistics before. Also, we believe that small businesses no longer need to build ML tools from scratch. Our solution, DMAI, will help them personalize the existing system with less cost using reusable components and integration-ready models and components. Finally, the client could save significant money, eliminate human error, and deliver superior service.
We also worked with a Fortune 100 Retail / eCommerce client to improve customer experience and provide better decision-making. For this client, we deployed Virtual fitting rooms, Customer satisfaction tracking and behaviour prediction, Chatbots to assist with customer service, to name a few. As a result, the retail client witnessed a 43 percent growth using personalized data.
