Conga has packaged its flagship products on the Salesforce AppExchange to help companies get going with their live data inside the Salesforce environment. “We want to inspire, enable, and guide customers to modernize their document and contract processes through digital document transformation. We thrive for our client’s success,” asserts Christopher Bradman, Vice President APAC, Conga.
CONGA Suite for Digital Document Transformation
Conga has successfully established itself as a leading provider of end-to-end digital document transformation solutions. The company offers a suite of products as the Conga Suite, which includes Conga Composer, Conga Grid, Conga Collaborate, Conga Contracts, Conga Sign, Conga Orchestrate, and Conga AI. Right from collaboration and creation, through contract management and negotiation, to agreement and e-signature, the Conga Suite has set the standard for automating business productivity and CRM investment. Through its solutions, the company aims to simplify and automate intelligent data, documents, contracts, signing, and reporting outcomes delivering faster ROI.
Conga’s flagship document generation engine is Conga Composer, which is also the highest volume downloaded paid app on the entire AppExchange. It helps users create sales agreements, send it out to prospects, and then use Conga Sign—the eSignature solution—to validate the data and execute the document.
To make it incredibly easy for users to create documents from their live data on the Salesforce platform, the company offers Conga Grid—a data management product. It enables users to quickly navigate, visualize, as well as manage Salesforce data across multiple objects—all from a single, actionable grid. Moreover, Conga Contracts was introduced to streamline the contract process in Salesforce through full contract lifecycle management. Built on a proprietary SaaS platform, going beyond generating documents and contracts towards intelligent contracts, it provides key CLM functionality and helps sales teams move through the contract process more quickly and easily.
We want to inspire, enable, and guide customers to modernize their document and contract processes through Digital Document Transformation
With a proven track record of successfully serving a vast range of industry verticals, Conga has continually achieved market traction. The multitude of use-cases best exemplifies the company’s capabilities. For instance, Tuff Shed—a manufacturer and installer of storage buildings and garages— needed a one-stop suite for DDX to get rid of the slow sales process riddled with errors. The company was not able to manage the increased complexity of the growing average transactions while simultaneously maintaining its custom configurator. With the aging workforce, disconnected business systems, labor-intensive post-sales process, and slow end-to-end process, digital transformation was long-overdue for Tuff Shed.
Tuff Shed aimed to meet the needs of its production, wholesale, and retail sales teams, and provide its customers with multiple points of contact to make a purchase through the company more accessible. For that to happen, Tuff Shed needed to eliminate the manual steps in its operational workflow from selling to payment, which would ultimately save time, resources, and cost. To generate better ROI and have happier customers, the need for simultaneously generating the documents was inevitable. Perfectly poised to address these challenges were Salesforce, Conga, and KB Max, which provided the total solution. Tuff Shed uses Conga to create state specific sales contracts as well as pulling all the information from KBMAX and Salesforce needed to manufacture and install the buildings. Conga also ensures they are signed off by the customers which has dramatically reduced error rates and complaints.
Tuff Shed not only decreased material usage rates by 1 percent, but achieved a 25 percent decrease in retail discounts. The company was also able to reduce the number of phone calls by 500,000 and reduced job errors for a $2.9M reduction in soft costs. As a whole, Tuff Shed achieved a $7.6M sales increase in 2019.
Meeting and Exceeding Client Expectation

The company strives to continue developing and innovating its solutions to help companies ride the digital transformation wave. Providing insight into the company’s approach toward delivering solutions that are directly aligned to customer expectations, Bradman explains, “We continue to improve our products based on customer requirements, their feedback, and the market scenario. We regularly consult with our external executive advisory board of customers to align ourselves with their particular capability and feature requests.”
During Bradman’s tenure, the Conga APAC business has seen over 400 percent growth in headcount and more than 30 percent YoY increase in new clients while achieving net revenue retention over 130 percent. Having carved a niche for themselves in the market, Conga is renowned for its potential in accelerating sales, driving business growth, and generating ROIs for companies. Conga is gearing itself up for the future by leveraging artificial intelligence with a focus on driving greater efficiency. Conga aims to draw better insights from the vast amount of data that exists in the document process—from the creation, negotiation, and signature capability perspective.
To serve more customers and explore other markets, Conga has been continuing to expand its footprint globally. The company has recently opened a new head office in Broomfield, Colorado, with best-in-class facilities for its expert team. “Our focus is on attracting, nurturing, and retaining key talent because that’s the only way that we’re going to continue building a successful organization. We aim to drive meaningful impact on the lives of our customers, partners, and employees through our innovative solutions. Simply put, if you need documents, you need Conga,” concludes Bradman.
