Founded in 1994, “Computhink products have evolved with technology advancements and the growing needs of a wide variety of markets,” according to Joseph Wharram, President. “Contentverse is extremely flexible and solves digital business process challenges common to any environment.”
It is vital that those who formulate the business processes be able to design and maintain workflows via an easy-to-use graphic designer. The workflows themselves can vary from a very simple, one-stage process to a highly complex, multi-stage combination of seamlessly merged workflows. The designer must be able to compile the various stages, not only defining manual input and decision making requirements but also adhering to mandatory policies and procedures. For example, dependent on who’s initiating the process, the system can define who is next in the process. Each individual’s workflow dashboard lists tasks allocated, confirms accomplished tasks, and provides options for completion with collaboration capabilities.

Our rules-based workflow is included at no extra charge. “Consider the productivity benefits an automated workflow provides: simply drag a report to a folder, or update an index value to trigger a process, and it’s automatically routed to appropriate individuals for edits, approvals, and digital signing,” remarks Wharram, “whether a collaborative effort or a step-by-step approval process,” he adds. Documents can be actioned and/or archived for retrieval as needed. “If an integration does not exist for your specified application, we can and will develop it with little or no additional cost.”
For every industry, the ability to securely process high volumes of documents with little or no manual input is fundamental. Implemented in late 2016, Alliance Insurance now digitally processes 3,000 documents per day. A dairy customer, adhering to ISO certification processes, has a throughput of 15,000 to 17,000 pages per day. “With Computhink’s automated capture and processing, they have both realized a quantum leap in productivity for 2017,” says Wharram, “and ensured compliance with the most stringent regulatory requirements,” he adds. Workflow reporting, history logs, and audit trail files track all activities at the document and system level. “Contentverse includes highly granular security and encrypts files during storage and in transit, ensuring your documents are kept out of the wrong hands while maintaining viability for risk mitigation purposes,” according to Joe. “It even provides real-time automated notifications of actions and optional digital signature solutions.”
Computhink has and continues to develop and deliver market solutions to solve real life, document-centered challenges. Joe Wharram closes with, “The company will continue to evolve and grow our digital solution offerings around customer needs, governmental and industry regulatory requirements, and related technology developments.”
