How has the pandemic driven businesses into a bout of turmoil, and how did your company address those?
The pandemic has impelled many businesses to accelerate their digital transformation plans. So many customers came to us for consulting on strategy for digital transformation and understanding what would fit best for their environment. Business environments are changing so rapidly at this point, organizations want to make sure they build the right processes and have technology they can utilize for several years. That’s why, in the span of one year, our business and number of clients grew exponentially. To meet growing client demands, we had to do three times more hiring. We also employed many new remote workers. It really does not matter to us where a person lives; we have the capability, and the technical expertise, to allow them to work efficiently from any corner of the globe.
Customer preferences are also undergoing a rapid shift. They no longer want on-premises databases; they want to shift to cloud services. Our clients often lack the technical expertise and the in-house teams to handle the complexities and applications during that type of transition. We, as Cloud experts, have the capability to make their journey smooth, cost-effective, and as frictionless as possible.
Currently, we are hyper focused on serving our existing enterprise clients and helping them address their diverse technology needs.
What is the methodology that you follow while serving clients?
While engaging with clients, we undertake a proactive approach. Our team makes sure we are getting feedback from all stakeholders on the client side. Also, we work closely with businesses’ internal teams to understand exactly how they have evolved over the years and what knowledge they have regarding Cloud technologies. It’s not a standard, cookie-cutter approach; it’s about understanding clients’ businesses, knowing their budget constraints, and respecting timeframe expectations to customize solutions accordingly. Could you share a customer success story with us? A large, tier-one Communications company needed support with security for their Cloud transformation. They wanted to build the right strategies to resist cyber-attacks and be prepared for the future. For them, we provided professionals with years of experience in that area and constructed solutions that could address those needs. As a result, the client has a resilient cyber security plan today.
What does the future hold for CloudQ?
The roadmap for CloudQ is to add more cloud-based technologies and to increase service offerings. CloudQ expanded into cybersecurity this year, and the company sees this as a critical domain in the future because cyberattacks, resulting in massive amounts of data being compromised and/or outages of critical infrastructure, are becoming more prevalent.
