Based out of Illinois, 3D Results has established its prominence in providing consulting and data science as a service for SAP SuccessFactors and IBM Kenexa HCM suites. The company practices a client-centric and outcome-driven approach through its service delivery model, a fundamental mindset that spurred the roots for the development of the revolutionary 3DR Cube reporting analytics platform.
Through 3DR CUBE, we see an opportunity to mitigate a lot of the gaps that exist in traditional reporting tools
According to Danny McGuinness, CTO at 3D Results, on an average, Fortune 1000 companies deploy approximately 23 different HCM applications and about 10-15 payroll applications. With the help of a robust API, web services, and an ETL framework, the 3DR Cube platform allows clients to pull reports from multiple data sources including SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HANA, IBM Kenexa, and Salesforce.com, to combine the data in a holistic data model. This data is further mined for actionable business insights driving the customer to promote desirable business impacts. McGuinness states, “In addition to the data-unifying functionality, the platform can also create self-service visualizations to provide reports and dashboards, as well as perform predictive analytics.” 3DR Cube also facilitates the snapshotting of an entire dataset to enable the client to view their data any time with granular accuracy. Over the period of time since its launch, the platform has significantly helped several large organizations across North America to manage the ‘quality of their hire’ while saving considerable amounts of recruiting costs.
3D Results has laid out its future roadmap, chock-full of plans to expand on the machine learning and predictive capabilities for the 3DR Cube platform. The 3DR Cube platform is all set to be integrated with two unique artificial intelligence functionalities: a narrative interface and an AI program that learns from the dataset and interprets it for the client helping them to view specific reports and align them with their interests. Additionally, the company also plans to merge the 3DR Cube with IBM Watson through Bluemix in the near future.
