Krzoska elucidates, “In the space that we are in, surveillance is really quite large. It is everywhere. But clients that wish to gain actionable insight from it, are left drowning in data when faced by the sudden intrusion of alerts from the multiple stores that the client manages.” Realizing this critical aspect, 360iQ’s focus is on “providing moments that matter the most.” In elaboration, the firm helps customers tap into the power of cloud-based big data to drive comparative analysis, and make informed decisions that drive profits, reduce losses, and encourage accountability across the enterprise.
Recognized as a technology leader in its sphere of work, the company caters to markets such as quick service, hospitality, convenience stores, business owners, and corporate operators by essentially solving customer challenges in a benefit oriented manner. The firm is result oriented in mitigating every problem, driving every solution to purvey the intended benefit to the end user. 360iQ’s prime area of emphasis is integration of devices within the enterprise and setting up a structured methodology to help clients run video surveillance. The firm helps customers tap into the power of cloud-based big data to drive comparative analysis, and make informed decisions
Provided as a service to the multi-unit business owner, 360iQ harnesses the power of big data, combines it with video, to provide clients with answers on the performance of their stores. The service also gives the clients insights on the behavior of their employees, live sales, suspicious transactions and activities, compliance issues, and suggests required actions. Using the system leads to a direct increase in profits worth hundreds and thousands of dollars per store per month, and extrapolated to a whole chain, this can amount to millions of dollars per year. Categorized into three divisions— Incident support, Snapshot, and Pro-active support—360iQ is devoid of any plug in, scalable at all levels, customizable and flexible, and to conclude lets clients sleep peacefully at night.
The firm’s clientele goes a long way and success stories are aplenty. One of them is the transformative case of one of the Top Five fast food service chain. Selected by word of mouth for auditioning, 360iQ was designated to audit three ill performing (identify root cause of losses) stores of the chain. After impressing in the auditioning process, 360iQ then went on to be selected as the official video surveillance vendor for the fast food chain which served as a prelude, to them conjuring a healthy $700/month/store profit in six months across the 50 stores of the chain.
The firm, which still operates in the niche area of the video surveillance, pursues to be among the top players in the industry. By stepping forward to expand their services repertoire in 2018, the company has taken their first step toward their eventual goal. Backed by a group of extremely passionate people working at the company, 360iQin 2018 aims to focus chiefly on communication. Krzoska explains, “The challenge that we are working on is providing precisions in a very prescriptive way across all members of the business team, from staff to all the way up to cashier who might want to see a high level dashboard.”
