Additionally, we utilize NetSuite's SuiteSuccess methodology to ensure faster implementation without interrupting the existing operations. Working as a partner with clients, we guide them throughout their implementation journey and integrate NetSuite with existing on-premise or cloud-based applications to streamline business operations, supply chain, and decision-making. Our overarching goal is to create scalable solutions that support their financial and operational goals.Could you give us a customer success story where you helped a client in implementing the NetSuite solution? One of our largest retail clients, Furnitureland South (FLS), was facing trouble with their custom-built AS400 System. It was inefficient and lacking in many areas. They were looking for a comprehensive solution to streamline their operations and centralize their data in one place. Our NetSuite consultants ran an in-depth analysis and discovered that their current system was highly inefficient in logistics and customer service. We provided immediate solutions for cohesive management of customers, orders, products, inventory, and underlying financials as well as one central, cloud-based repository for all company data that made life easier for both employees and customers. Furthermore, our team integrated particular NetSuite solutions into their legacy system to keep their daily processes functional. NetSuite's advanced fulfillment solution enabled FLS to fulfill customer orders efficiently, accurately, and on time. Additionally, NetSuite's search and reporting tools have allowed FLS staff to reinvest formerly inefficient time into proactive business analysis, management, and process refinement.The easily customizable native dashboards in NetSuite give staff immediate information they need to make quick, informed decisions that contribute to providing an authentic white-glove customer experience. We also helped them develop a complete replacement or return process to build a stronger customer experience and relationship, and we enabled staff to adapt to new processes as well as identify any short-term gaps that needed to be addressed. Using our industry knowledge and NetSuite expertise, our consultants were able to deliver a unique, customer-centric buying experience that enhanced FLS's customer service mission. FLS can now spend previously inefficient time working with the legacy system on productive and revenue-producing activities. We have completed the Phase I implementation and are currently in Phase II. We will ultimately replace the remaining legacy system, including warehouse, logistics, and supply chain functionalities, with a highly customized NetSuite solution in Phase III. This will save costs and time for FLS by increasing efficiency and allowing for fewer processes for both staff and customers. By working closely with the client, our expert consultants also developed a strong testing plan that allowed the core team to test the system from end-to-end, enabling complete final testing, data migration, and go-live activities.What does the future roadmap look like for Bresatech?We are continuously growing and plan to double our resources and revenue by the end of 2021. Within Pega, we are looking forward to moving into the communications space. With NetSuite, we are currently in the retail market and planning to expand our footprint into manufacturing. We plan to take larger, broader projects, focusing on web development and web-centric initiatives for Innovation Solutions. Because of the notable success with the State of Vermont in executing Pega's licensing and certification initiatives, we are working hard to replicate our assets, methodology, and training materials for licensing and certification in the State of Texas and other states. As we continue to grow, we will employ more NetSuite and Pega experts with diverse skillsets to continue delivering the best-in-class IT services across all three of our verticals.
