Sudhir Achar, CEO and Co-founder of Vantage Agora, makes it clear why the company strongly believes in the integrated side of demarcation. “The non-compatibility issue of different standalone solutions with one another and with third party applications poses the biggest threat to an organization’s progress,” he adds. The company’s OX Zion platform removes that completely out of the equation to impart full Control, Visibility, and Operational Intelligence (OI) to the client. Integrated with disparate data sources, third party applications, and agency management and client’s internal systems, the cloud-based BOS digitizes all the work processes and manual activities of the customer into an automated, customizable workflow. OX Zion’s AI algorithms then analyze the activity data based on certain parameters and color code the client’s work processes. The color red implies that a process has already crossed the completion deadline, yellow means it needs to be done at the moment, and green designates that there is still time to complete the work.
Vantage Agora has always driven itself to offer a holistic solution that integrates with major external applications and systems to boost operational efficiency for companies
Vantage Agora’s customers enjoy additional perks when implementing the company’s unique BOS. The company, acting more as a partner than a vendor, extends world-class remote staffing and consulting services to the client with professionals duly trained according to the clients’ specific industry vertical. This has been extremely beneficial for the insurance companies in particular, in managing their day to day operations. One such customer, an established national Managing General Underwriter, Tennant Special Risk, had gone paperless and was now seeking to streamline their workflow and underwriting efficiencies. In short, Tennant Special Risk was looking to take their company to the next level in terms of technological applications and workflow management.
Vantage Agora’s remote staff services worked with the Tennant staff, reviewing all of their workflow aspects in detail. A strategy was then developed for them, and designed a configurable workflow integrated under the BOS to manage all their insurance operations. Within a few months, Tennant Special Risk was able to pin down their workforce silos, speed up operations, and reduce missing targets to prosper in every domain. One great benefit in partnering with Vantage Agora was that under the new workflow structure that was implemented, Tennant was able to provide their technical assistants with a new career path that was more than clerical support work. They are now being trained as underwriters.
Vantage Agora has always driven itself to offer a holistic solution to the market that integrates with major external applications and systems like ERP, CRM, and accounting systems to boost operational efficiency of companies. With this motive in mind, Vantage Agora aims to incorporate “collaborative calendar functionality” in the BOS and build a seamless mobile-centric solution with OX Zion, in the near future.
