MyTelemedicine offers two types of private-label solutions—Basic and Integrated.
While both have a completely customizable platform with powerful capabilities, including a national physician network, sophisticated 24/7 call center, and comprehensive Spanish language support, there are key differences in the implementations. The Basic version means that MyTelemedicine will host the member experience with the client’s customizations including a unique URL, logo, brand identity, and everything they need to give their members the fully satisfying experience they expect. The Integrated version goes several steps further and allows the customer to either build their own telehealth experience or integrate it into their existing user workflow, having MyTelemedicine as the engine driving that experience. Further, the company provides an easy to use system to its members. They can login or call the 24/7/365 MyTelemedicine call center for all of their non-emergency needs. When a member calls in, the company’s care coordinator walks him/her through the entire process, including updating their medical records, managing their dependents and scheduling a consultation.

In one instance, one of MyTelemedicine’s clients tried to partner with one of the largest telemedicine organizations but could not get the integration they needed. The client was in a peculiar situation and approached MyTelemedicine with only a week left for their deadline. The company worked closely with the client and, in two days enabled them to deliver live consultations, which others could not do in three months.
