Incentco: Creating an Easy to Use Performance Based Engagement Platform

A large technology company with multiple remote locations had similar challenges to encounter with regards to providing an interactive environment to all its employees across the globe. It wanted to motivate the underachievers in the company and create a healthy and competitive environment. Different goals were set for each of the employees and once they reached the set goals, they were given awards. Making use of its tool ‘Leaderboards’, Incentco helped the company display the performance ranking of the employees and also posted recognition of their achievements on the platform’s internal social media-like recognition wall. Incentco technology offers gamification tools such as— Leaderboards, ‘Goal tracker’, Intra-platform social media wall, and a comprehensive Peer-to-Peer application. The platform can also be used as an information portal enabling companies to share internal company news and events. These tools enhance a company’s work environment by setting goals, ranking employee performance and rewarding accomplishments instantaneously. Adding to this, Wiatrowski says, “Monetary rewards via points or non-monetary recognition badges can be issued automatically and instantly via our platform. Our redemption model is unique in that instead of using physical gift cards or catalogs, participants can redeem awards for whatever they want at leading retailers in the US or globally in over 80 countries.”
Incentco offers three employee engagement platforms–nSpire Air, nSpire Core, and nSpire Pro. The capabilities of these platforms range from a simple rewards engine that eliminates the need for physical gift cards to an easy to implement fully gamified platform. All platforms are used to promote employee engagement and performance and also enable managers to fully customize their programs based upon their organizational hierarchies and budgets. Wiatrowski believes that often, employees do not know where they stand in terms of their performance, and in comparison to others. Incentco’s engagement platforms enable managers to ‘manage performance’ by setting goals, incentivizing performance and sharing achievements within the employee group.
