WOODLAND HILLS, CA: Faye Business Systems, a technology consulting firm and also an elite partner of SugarCRM unveils New Visual Property Manager to provide more efficient customer relationship management (CRM).
Visual Property Management is a property management tool, which allows users to conduct a day-to-day property management tasks and track their leads, prospects and accounts. The tool comes with a graphical interface, a dashboard for color coding data such as occupied units, vacancies, leases coming up for expiration and runs on iPad or any internet browser to get real-time visual data about the buildings.
The Visual Property Management tool helps to access all the suite (unit) data contained within Sugar through a graphical interface. It gives a clear visibility to make changes easily to the units in Sugar and also view real-time updates of any other unit available within the application. The tool allows property managers to upload the images of their own buildings’ floor plan anytime thereby providing the up to date customer information to their entire team.
