New Portals for Ease of Navigation and Communicate with Employees

We used existing infrastructure and pushed it to the limits as to what we could deliver whilst understanding in what format we should be delivering to our customers. For example, internally we knew we wanted our HR Business partners focusing on strategy so we reorganized services to meet those needs, we also implemented mobile solutions and chats so that people could get the answers to people ‘real time’.
At McAfee, we have launched a new level of global HR Services. Our global (in-house) HR services teams across the world are dedicated to support the needs of our employees throughout their career at McAfee in the areas of on- boarding, benefits, compensation and development. Through the new

MyHR Connection, we have dedicated portals for all employees, managers, and a special site for our new hires designed to ensure we achieve the best in on-boarding, orientation and acclimation assistance to our new hires.
My HR Connection services include:
• Providing comprehensive new employee on-boarding, orientation and acclimation assistance
• Providing timely answers to employee questions and helping them locate the resources and information they need, when they need it
• Supporting our employees throughout changes in their personal life and their career
• Assisting managers on programs and processes and how to best support and develop their teams
• Managing all employee personal data in a safe and secure environment
• Consistently delivering the quality of service they would expect from a HR Services function
We have designed these new portals for ease of navigation and have provided many ways to communicate with employees to meet their individual preferences. Features of the new MyHR Connection portal include answers to the most commonly asked questions, as well as a live online chat that’s available when our employees need it during working hours, no matter where in the world.
